Diagnostic visit
A licensed tech comes out, finds the fault and explains it. Waived entirely if you approve the repair the same visit.
Plumbing · Heating · Cooling · Ottawa since 1998
Tell us what's wrong, see the price before we start, and pick an arrival window that actually holds. Licensed techs, stocked vans, flat-rate quotes.
Tap the closest match. We'll tell you how urgent it is, what the job usually is, and roughly what it costs - before you give us a phone number.
If you smell gas or a CO alarm is sounding: get everyone outside, don't touch light switches, and don't start the car in the garage. Then call Enbridge emergency at 1-866-763-5427 from outside the house.
Once the gas utility has made it safe, call our 24/7 line and we'll have a licensed gas tech there the same day.
We cover Ottawa and the inner suburbs - postal codes K1A through K4C. Kanata, Barrhaven, Orléans and the Glebe are all in.
No hourly meter running while you watch. We diagnose, we quote a flat rate, you say yes or no.

The flat-rate quote is approved on your phone before a tool comes out of the van. If it turns out to be worse, we re-quote - we never just add it to the bill.
